Hon. Abdisalam Hassan Nor, Member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Djibouti, officially participated in a high-level international conference held in Nairobi, focusing on digital technology development and intergovernmental cooperation across African nations.
The conference brought together delegates from multiple countries, international organizations, and technology experts to discuss opportunities and challenges in leveraging digital technology to strengthen governance and public service delivery.
In his keynote speech, Hon. Abdisalam emphasized the importance of a unified African policy on data security and digital identity verification. He highlighted Djibouti’s ongoing progress in digital transformation and reaffirmed the country’s commitment to regional collaboration in technology advancement.
During the conference, he held bilateral meetings with international representatives to discuss technical support and investment opportunities aimed at enhancing digital services in Djibouti.
