Hon. Sayga Haaji Mohamed, Member of Parliament for Dixila, was born on March 15, 2000, in Dixila, Republic of Djibouti. He completed his primary and secondary education in Djibouti, attending Collège de Boualous and Lycée Descartes, before pursuing higher education in France, studying at Lycée Louis-le-Grand and earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Elected as a young parliamentarian, Hon. Sayga Mohamed has actively engaged in legislative work and represents his constituents with a strong focus on youth empowerment, education, social development, and civic engagement. He is an active member of the Social Affairs and Youth & Sports Committee, participating in drafting and reviewing legislation that benefits his community and the nation.

Born and raised in Dixila, Hon. Sayga brings energy, vision, and commitment to his parliamentary role. He aims to strengthen democratic institutions, improve civic participation, and ensure the welfare of all citizens through transparent and accountable governance.
