MP Hon. Sayga Haaji Mohamed, representing the Parliament of the Republic of Djibouti, participated in an important regional meeting held in Geneva, Switzerland, discussing parliamentary cooperation and strategies for promoting democratic governance.
Hon. Sayga Haaji Mohamed emphasized the role of international collaboration in strengthening legislative processes and improving transparency in governance. He also shared Djibouti’s experiences in parliamentary reforms and citizen engagement.
According to MP Hon. Sayga Haaji Mohamed, the Geneva conference provided an opportunity to exchange best practices with other legislators and international organizations, and to reinforce partnerships aimed at sustainable development and good governance.
The meeting concluded with mutual commitments to continue dialogue and cooperation between participating parliaments and institutions.
